Our annual customer satisfaction survey results are in! Ratings for Engage software remain high and ratings for our support and complementary services are up.

This is consistent with the feedback we received in 2015 Customer Satisfaction Survey. We had some great comments from very satisfied users and a handful of suggestions for changes that could be made to the current features.

Day-1 absence reporting service

The Engage software can be coupled with a Day-1 absence reporting service. This means that Honeydew (the makers behind Engage) data administrators record absence data on behalf of our customers. Our satisfaction survey asked for feedback from users who subscribe to this service. 68% those who had used the absence reporting service rated our call centre service either good or great. Not many users have had the need to contact Honeydew for support but 62% of those who have done so, thought the service they received was either good or great.

Honeydew Occupational Health service gets top marks, too

Honeydew also provides ad hoc OH services to some clients to help manage absence issues. We are really pleased to report that this year our overall rating for OH is up at 4 out of 5 for both the service and our Resolve Case Management software.
