Engage video tutorials – new 2017 training suite

We’re regularly adding new features to Engage and that means that we regularly also update our training material. For a fresh start in 2017, we have overhauled the entire training programme. There are now 26 episodes in our online Resource Hub (only available to registered users) that take you through every step of the way from setting up a new company account through everyday tasks to more advanced customisations.

Finding your feet and getting set up – Tutorials 1-5

The first 5 chapters are aimed at the brand new user and explain the basics of setting up company structure and an employee list. These videos are also great reference material for administrators, who update employee details. New administrators who are joining a company that already uses Engage for absence or holiday tracking should also watch the videos to get up to speed with the tools.

In the fourth section we dive into the holiday features.
